At Back2Nature, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Areas

  • Primary Market: We currently ship only within Kuwait.

  • International Orders:

    • Back2Nature does not officially support international shipping.

    • If an order is mistakenly placed from outside Kuwait, additional fees (customs, taxes, return shipping) will apply for returns/refunds .

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to inventory checks.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Track your package via our partnered courier’s website .

5. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Deliveries: If undelivered after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact us to reship (additional fees may apply).

  • Wrong/Incomplete Addresses: Update your address within 1 hour of ordering. Incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
